1. Turn the unit upside down.
2. Remove the large rubber drive tracks by pushing the track off with one hand while turning the rubber brush with the other hand, as shown in figure 1.
3. Pry off wheel tube by gently pushing side plate out with one hand and remove wheel tube with other hand, as shown in figure 2. If installed, you will also need to remove the stainless-steel retaining rings located on the outer ends of the wheel tube.
4. Locate and remove the four screws that hold the side plate in place from the inside of the unit, as shown in figure 3. IMPORTANT: Before removing these screws, take note of the positioning of the drive belts, sleeve rollers, and drive pulley for re-assembly. (see figure 4)
5. Reverse steps 4 through 1 to complete the installation of the new side plate.
6. Congratulations! You have successfully installed your new side plate!
